 My wife, daughter, dog and I recently sold our condo in Vancouver to move to the Sunshine Coast. We were given Russ as a contact to help us find the dream home that our family was looking for. A friend suggested I used Russ Qureshi as my realtor in January/February 2011. Russ was prompt in putting together a comprehensive proposal for sale, and really knew his market. I was selling an older townhouse during a sluggish market. On his advice I staged the empty apartment, which I might not have done otherwise. He helped me to price it with a realistic price, and it sold within a matter of days. Russ kept me informed from moment to moment through the whole process, which was pretty funny as I was on a road trip to California at the time. The sale moved quickly and easily to completion.
